I have two 1:1 Coaching options available – Endurance Coaching and introducing the new “The Virtual BDM (Business Development Manager)” which is available to those who have completed some form of coaching with me in the past. Applications are now open for both, but get in quick as I am only taking on a limited number.
Every coaching session is fully customised to your needs.
At the beginning of your coaching package, you and Mark will examine each of the different areas in your photography business, including your family life and the dreams and direction you may want to take.
This gives a way of seeing the bigger picture, of stepping back to take stock and really understand what’s happening. Specific goals and tasks are defined, with a plan created to get you one step closer to achieving your dream business.
Mark is mindful of time and maximises every moment spent together. In the initial planning sessions, Mark makes sure you are both on the same page and going in the same direction, with clear and understood expectations of each other.
Sometimes you will need to work side by side to achieve a specific outcome, and other times there will be a to-do list created. Each client and situation is different.

Virtual BDM
The Virtual BDM (Business Development Manager) Coaching is new for 2022 and is designed to put your business into HYPERDRIVE! It’s the perfect follow up program for those who have “completed” the Endurance coaching or completed the Master Your Marketing/Shooting for Sucess course and want that personal 1:1 coaching to get down to the nitty-gritty parts of your business with set monthly meetings and ongoing support.
It’s really all about taking control of your business and then knowing how to to take your business to the next level. It’s going to be run very similarly to when I was managing my own business and team turning over $600,000+ per year.
This is for businesses that have a proven track record as is not for faint-hearted or Startups.
What is included:
- We start with a 50+ business questionnaire to help us both understand exactly where you are at in your business.
- Accountability Google Docs to make sure you are on track. Go through all of your numbers and forecast your business.
- Weekly fire-up call to kick start your working week!
- A monthly 1:1 coaching via zoom for 1.5hours at a time. Each meeting we will have a set game plan and work through the month that was and the month that is. Set up marketing campaigns and plans for the month.
- Learn how to troubleshoot and set your business up for the win… one client at a time.
- A bit of choosing your own adventure and sounding board.
- You have access to me as often as you like... Within reason lol.
- To give you 110% of Marks attention, this package is limited to a maximum of 6 clients only at any one time.
- Subscription-style signup but with No Lock-in contracts or time frame.
